Before 7 Days — 75% Refund

If you request a refund within 7 calendar days of your payment date, you are eligible for a 75% refund of the amount paid. The remaining 25% is retained as a service and processing fee.

Example: You are charged $49.99 on March 4th. You request a refund on March 9th. You receive a refund of ~$37.49.

The 7-day window is calculated from the exact timestamp of the successful payment charge.

After 7 Days — No Refund

Refund requests made more than 7 calendar days after the payment date are not eligible for any refund. No exceptions will be made once this window has passed.

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted by email only. Requests made through in-app chat, social media, or any other channel will not be processed.

We will respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. If approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly at support@optionwheeltracker.app before filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.

Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account and a permanent ban from the Service. We resolve billing issues fairly and promptly.
